Mission Statement
Our mission is to protect children from the onslaught of sexually explicit, obscene, and age-inappropriate books and materials in K-12 public school libraries and classrooms.
Protecting our children by bringing awareness to parents on who is funding porn in our schools!
Goals
- To provide a website of helpful information regarding Georgia libraries.
- To develop a statewide network of chapters through county leaders.
- To provide education tools to inform parents, elected officials, candidates and taxpayers about the American Library Association and its radical agenda and work to remove its influence and funding.
- To oppose the ALA philosophy that children should have access to all materials regardless of age.
- To support responsible purchasing and policy practices that respect the age and maturity of children in its shelving practices.
- To track pertinent legislation.
- To study successful legislative efforts in other states.
- To help craft legislation regarding library policies.
- To work through legislators, county commissioners, school board members and library board trustees to bring about conservative, responsible leadership.
